Take your first steps into the world of diving! This programme teaches you the essential foundations to dive safely down to 12 metres, accompanied by a professional.
Requirements:
- Be at least 10 years old (written parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory for all participants under 18)
- No medical contraindications to scuba diving
Recognition Card Requirements:
- Theory course after creating a profile on the MySSI App
- One pool or sheltered water session covering the basic skills needed to prepare you for open water
- One open water dive to a depth of between 5 and 12 metres
Duration: approx. 2 days
Note: SSI Basic Diver digital recognition card includes a training credit towards the SSI Scuba Diver or SSI Open Water Diver course (valid 6 months).
